Melting Pot, the nation’s premier fondue restaurant, is inviting guests to relax amid a fully refreshed restaurant with a modern look and feel at its San Antonio location at 14855 Blanco Road in the Court Yard at Camino Real. Celebrating 20 years in the community, the Melting Pot transformation is part of Melting Pot Evolution, a company-wide initiative which is aimed at enhancing the dining atmosphere and experience in all its restaurants.

 

San Antonio’s redesign features a more inviting floor plan with an open dining room designed to enhance the unique fondue experience and a designated, but easily visible bar area with additional seating and burners where guests can enjoy hand-crafted cocktails and its new Down to Fondue Happy Hour. Available only at the bar, the Down to Fondue Happy Hour features half-off cheese and chocolate fondues served Monday through Friday from 5-7 p.m. The 198-seat, 5,600-square-foot restaurant also has all-new finishes, including fabrics, paint, and localized artwork to add a warm, welcoming touch that encourages guests to gather and create memorable dining moments.

Since 2004, Melting Pot has long been San Antonio’s go-to spot for practicing the Art of Fondue, turning dining into an interactive experience. It’s the perfect place to celebrate any occasion – big or small – like engagements, bachelorette parties, promotions or even good report cards. Anniversaries are also a big milestone to celebrate. The 20 Year Anniversary menu – available January 22-26 for only $42 (priced as if it were 2004) – features a delicious four-course experience including:
